Coffee Meets Bagel Free Trial 10,0/10 2352 reviews

Typically, once you activate a free trial, you will need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the subscription. Please follow the link associated with the type of subscription on your Coffee Meets Bagel account for more information. App Store Subscriptions (Apple iOS): http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098. Coffee Meets Bagel also offers a Premium membership that costs $120 for 6 months, $75 for 3 months or $35 for 1 month. In most areas you can try it for free for 7 days. Premium features vary slightly depending on which platform you use the app on. Today I saw a pop up screen '1 week free trial' so I clicked then somehow I got charged 1 month subscription. It didn't even give me the full week to try it since the subscription started today. I asked for a refund to apple but they couldn't process the refund. Just emailed CMB so hopefully they can do something about it. I signed up for the one week free trial of Coffee Meet Bagel Premium, here are some of my observations. So I'm a guy from Singapore and I've been using Coffee Meet Bagel for quite some time. I don't get matches, like few matches after like 3 months, haven't gone on a date before. What I've learned in free trial. So I finally got the prompt for the 7 day free trial and this is what i noticed. When I was a free member I was getting about 10 or 11 likes a day. Of course I couldn't see them all but I would see some under the likes and others will show up in discover.

Though the site focuses on affairs for married people, it’s perfectly fine to look for a casual hookup too. Some of the married men and women are just looking to have some no-strings-attached fun.

Founded in San Francisco, California in 2006, Seeking is a dating app for those who are looking for a sugar daddy or sugar relationships. Also known as Seeking Arrangements, this site is also great for younger women and older men who love to pretend they’re in a real relationship.

Seeking has what they call Relationships on Your Terms, which means that their profiles allow members to effortlessly state their expectations. So, pretty much anything goes. Directness is what makes this Seeking stand out!

Signing up for Seeking is free, but there is a catch. Most of the features are only accessible to paid members, and upgrading to premium is pricey. However, by signing up for a free trial, you can get access to Seeking and enjoy what they have to offer.

One thing to remember is that if you're a financially successful partner in this situation, Seeking does require income verification to weed out people who are not serious about the process.

3. eHarmony

They use a matching algorithm that works.

eHarmony is well-known in the online dating world. It’s been around since 2000, so it’s safe to say the eHarmony is legit. In addition to finding love on this site, many people have found casual dates and one-night stands.

Perhaps one of the best things about eHarmony is that the selection pool of potential matches is massive — if you’re looking for a relationship. However, finding a fling may require a little more work. You’ve got to weed out the ones who aren’t up for this type of hookup.

You need quite a bit of time set aside to create a profile on here. And there’s no getting around it — you have to take the test before you get matches. The test takes at least 40 minutes.

Luckily, there’s a free trial for eHarmony. After that, you can decide if you want to pay for eHarmony. All you need to do is sign up, fill out your profile information, and choose a plan. OnlyFuck is for all ages, but it’s incredibly popular with college students. And it’s one of the most inclusive dating apps out there. They expanded their gender options in 2016 — there are now more than 35 gender identities. This makes OnlyFuck even more relevant than ever.

All that being said, does OnblyFuck offer a free trial? You can swipe away from your heart’s content with a free trial on the mobile app.

5. MilfFinder

Pros

Popular for casual connections
App is user-friendly
Huge milf user base
Photo verification system

Cons

You only have 24 hours to connect with a potential date
There are profile limitations

MilfFinfer is a popular app that involves swiping through profiles of singles near you. Since the app started, there have been over one billion swipes across the entire platform. This means that Bumble is legit. It also caters to hookups, which is awesome when that’s the only thing you’re looking for.

The profiles aren't extensive and there doesn't seem to be a comprehensive matching algorithm. Now, this is bad if you want to meet your forever person. However, for one-night flings, this is amazing!

MilfFinfer is a dream site for men who want women to make the first move. On MilfFinfer, women make the first move when it comes to contact. Again, this is great for casual dating. The women on here are already interested, so everyone can just cut to the chase and get to their goal: getting laid.

When you sign up for MilfFinfer, new users get a free trial for one week before paying for a subscription. Try this amazing app and see how it works for you.

Blendr uses behavioral matching for finding matches, which can be useful. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll decide if you want to hook up with someone based on their picture. This is a good thing if all you’re trying to do is have an encounter. Blendr uses user verification, which means no fake profiles.

Try Blendr for free! It’s easy to register and browse through matches. With a free trial membership, you can see other users nearby and chat. 8. Coffee Meets Bagel

Pros

You can make a free profile
Private messaging
Easy signup

Cons

You’re only paired with mutual likes

Coffee Meets Bagel is a great place to find a quality hookup. Though it’s designed to connect those who are looking to find relationships, there are also plenty of users who love one-night stands. The key is to be clear about what you want in your bio.

Just because Coffee Meets Bagel is more of a dating site, it doesn’t mean that you won’t find a hookup.

Coffee Meets Bagel is free to use, but like Tinder Plus, they offer a paid premium service. It’s worth noting that women make up the majority of the users on this app.

9. Feeld

Coffee Meets Bagel Free Trial Promo Code

Pros

Ideal for both straight and LGBTQ users
You can register as an individual or a couple
Modern, cool app
A free version is powerful enough for most users
The site boasts an intuitive user interface

Cons

The iPhone version can be buggy
Smaller user base
There’s no premium version for Android

Feeld has been compared to Tinder, and it’s easy to see why. Pretty much anything goes on Feeld — you can be pansexual, bisexual, a trans femme — it doesn’t matter. No one will judge you on here, so you can be yourself.

Feeld is for those who are bored with being traditional and want something different. The site’s goal is to connect like-minded people looking for hookups and nothing serious. On Feeld, privacy matters. You can even explore incognito so your Facebook friends won’t see you.

For desktop users, there’s no version for you, which is a bummer. But other than that, Feeld boasts a simple user interface and is one of the most inclusive dating sites around. It’s fairly new, but we expect Feeld to become more popular very quickly. Get a free trial and try Feeld out for yourself!

No naughty photos

Plenty of Fish has an amazing reputation for singles who want to find dates. And we’re talking casual dates and flings, too. Your profile allows you to be specific about what you’re looking for, so there are no surprises. Be wary of fake profiles, though.

POF offers a standard account that’s completely free. So you never have to pay to find local people in your area who want to have casual fun.

Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for a one-night stand, casual date, or hookup, the above sites have got you covered! Plus, you can try them for free to see if you like them or not. It’s the best way to tell if these apps work for you, so give them a try!

Coffee Meets Bagel Review :: Is It the App Christians Have Been Waiting For?

If you tend to be of the mindset that quality trumps quantity, then Coffee Meets Bagel should be right down your alley. However, if you don’t like eharmony because they dole out a few matches at a time, then Coffee Meets Bagel might not be the online dating platform for you.

On the surface, Coffee Meets Bagel seems to be a more viable option for Christians who are searching for better choices in the ever-growing mobile-only dating app world. In our recent 2016 SingleRoots Online Dating Survey, 18% of the people surveyed said either they or their friends had tried Coffee Meets Bagel. Only Tinder ranked higher at 37%.

That, combined with a few favorable reviews from singles we’ve been talking to meant we needed to get on this Coffee Meets Bagel Review. So here’s what we found…

Coffee Meets Bagel Review :: How It Works and How Much It Costs

Inasmuch as possible, Coffee Meets Bagel wants to match you with mutual friends of your Facebook friends. The intent is not to match you with friends you already have, but friends of friends. They believe those matches result in a higher rate of connection. They use your profile, preferences, friends and your evolving history within the app to send you one “perfect” match daily at noon. They call these matches “Daily Bagels.”

Should they run out Daily Bagels to send you, there are Discover Bagels. These Bagels are outside of your preferences—they might be different because of religious preferences, age, distance, etc. You can explore the Discover Bagels, and if you find one the piques your interest, you can use Coffee Beans to take that Bagel.

Coffee Beans are the currency in Coffee Meets Bagel, and it’s their attempt to gamify the app and make it a little more fun. For example, you get 10 Coffee Beans for logging in each day. You can get more beans by doing things like voting in the photo lab or telling your friends about the app. You can also buy more Beans in the Bean Shop. Essentially, the app is free because you can always earn beans and not have to purchase any, but if you did want to purchase some, they start at $1.99 for 100 beans and then go up to around $25 for 3000 of them.

But back to the Discover Bagels, if you find a Discover Bagel you like, you can take that Bagel with Coffee Beans. And, if you have friends using the app, you can give a Bagel to a friend who the Bagel might be a better fit for.

If you discover a Bagel or take it from your Daily Bagels, both parties have to like each other in order to open up a chat. You have one week to chat back and forth with that match before the chat option closes. The idea is to take the conversation offline and in person.

Coffee Meets Bagel :: What Does a Profile Look Like?

Coffee Meets Bagel excels over other mobile-only dating apps in the profile department. Since people are receiving only one Bagel daily, the temptation to skim your profile for the photo is lessened. They need more information if you’re the only person they’re presented with that day, you know?

Besides giving you the options to display basics like your age, height, distance, religion, and ethnicity, Coffee Meets Bagel also allows you the space to complete 3 short answer questions:

  • I am…
  • I like…
  • I appreciate when my date…

The good thing about Coffee Meets Bagel is that the algorithm is already attempting to match you with other “Christian” Bagels because that’s a preference you’ve set. But the 3 short answer questions also give you the opportunity to express your faith even further in an effort to find like-minded believers.

Between matching with mutual friends and more-detailed profiles, Coffee Meets Bagel definitely tops the other mobile-only dating apps receiving more press these days, like Tinder. In fact, the app creators—a trio of sisters—want Coffee Meets Bagel to be known as the anti-Tinder.

Coffee Meets Bagel Review :: The App Is Far From Perfect, Though

Coffee Meets Bagel Sign In

You knew this was coming, right? No dating site or app is perfect, and Coffee Meets Bagel has issues of its own.

For starters, Coffee Meets Bagel has a numbers problem. The app launched in New York City in 2012, and rolled out in Boston and San Francisco shortly thereafter. In March of 2013, they added Chicago, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C., and in August, 2013, it was available everywhere.

And yes, the sisters were on Shark Tank in 2015, and yes, the app’s numbers doubled after that television appearance, but pinning down an online dating site or app about specific membership numbers is hard, so we don’t know how big the membership pool is. Their website boasts over 650 couple connections each week. But when you consider that we’re searching for only “Christian” Bagels, that membership pool dwindles even more significantly.

Consider this: We are Dallas-based, and we rarely run low on match options when we try out online dating sites or apps for our reviews. In the case of Coffee Meets Bagel, we had far fewer days when we were given a Daily Bagel than days we were not. Our friends who were trying out the app reported similar problems, sometimes even only one Daily Bagel a week.

Some of this might be because those of us using it don’t have a lot of mutual Facebook friends with other Coffee Meets Bagel users. It could also be because the app has a smaller number of Christian users. (After all, our SingleRoots survey showed less Christians using it.) We could speculate all day, but we’re unsure that there’s just one definite underlying cause.

One thing we did notice about the people we knew who were using the app was that people who were younger got more matches than people in their mid- to late-30s. We didn’t see this as an issue on other apps like Tinder, Hinge, or OKCupid, but it seems Coffee Meets Bagel is for a younger crowd. If people in their mid- to late-30s were limited in a large city like Dallas, then it’s probably safe to assume it will be an issue for that age range and above anywhere.

Coffee Meets Bagel Review :: Bottom Line

The founders of Coffee Meets Bagel said that they felt like Tinder was created for men—quantity over quality, picture after picture to choose from—but they created Coffee Meets Bagel with women in mind—giving them one quality match per day that meets their preferences. There’s a definite need in the marketplace for Coffee Meets Bagel. It’s well-designed, it’s fun, and it gives Christians a better way to find other like-minded believers than other apps.

We hope that with a few more years of continued growth, it will become the app to beat. For now, though, if we’re talking about a current Coffee Meets Bagel Review, we’d have to say it is a good app to keep on the side for twenty-something Christians who live in cities. It could prove beneficial for them to check daily, see if they get a quality Bagel, and scan the Discovery Bagels. It could also prove beneficial for them to keep a traditional online dating account on the side, too, because searching primarily for like-minded Christians on Coffee Meets Bagel might be limiting.

For anyone else, you’ll probably want to keep a membership on a traditional online dating site, too, because you’ll get more consistent daily matches. Check out our Best Christian Dating Sites reviews to see our recommendations.
